Reflecting the Positives in Me – #AtoZchallenge – F is for…
While I forgive others easily, it is still very difficult for me to forgive myself. I suffer the guilt I put on myself that I need to overcome. I write about it on my other blog.

I commend you for being forgiving of others:) I tend to hold a grudge. I should probably work on that)

I could probably guess from that that your a mom. I think moms are the worst with that. We forget we can’t fix everything, and forget somethings aren’t meant to be fixed by us. Guilt is a tough one.

Being able to forgive is a good thing, but yeah, I don’t forgive myself as often as I do others.

Good for you. I am not a forgiver of others in a lot of care. And forgiving myself is no easier

It’s always easier to forgive others than ourselves. Sad but true.

I blogged about this not so long ago. Must have been January? We all need to forgive ourselves or we get so bogged down we can’t press forward. It’s easy to forget the importance. =)

Forgiving others can be a bit easier. In a sense, if you don’t want to be around them, you don’t have to. But the same can’t be said for ourselves. We have to deal with our faults and imperfections on an all-day-every-second-of-the-day kind of schedule. It can be hard, but it can be done and overcome 🙂

Self forgiveness can be tricky, I think because, we know ourselves too well, we can’t hide the flaws and so we have to accept ourselves for who we are. Not an easy thing to do.
