That’s a great thought. I’ll have to try it and hope everyone doesn’t think I’m up to something.

I always try to smile when I’m frustrated, somehow it just melts the worries away. I love your blog!

    Have fun with a-z.

  7. Ping from Sandy Campbell:

I smile when I am on the phone, out in public, writing…I don’t sit around and bear my teeth all day long, but I am generally a fairly happy and smiling person!

  8. Ping from rhonda albom:

And always smile when you are on the phone, you sound friendlier.

  9. Ping from Cheyenne Campbell:

Smiling is not the most natural expression on my face – I don’t know why. But this always tends to make people think I’m unhappy, so it’s been a lifelong struggle. I do think the more you smile, the better you feel even if you have to fake it at first though, so great advice. As always 😀

  10. Ping from Angela Brown:

I find myself doing this more often. It’s a good #bepositive move plus it keeps people from thinking I’m upset at the world when, in truth, I’m usually focused or thinking of things in life, not mad about anything lol!

  11. Ping from Bames:

I try to smile and make others smile. 🙂

  12. Ping from Ida Chiavaro Reflex Reactions:

I smile so much half the time I don’t even know I’m doing it… 🙂
