I’ve never been good at opening a book and being critical while reading. I tend to get sucked into the story and don’t notice things that others can pick out. But I do think I learn with each book I read. If anything, I get inspired and more creative.

True, although much of what I learn from writing is from research, so the loop continues as that is reading.
