      True. But the point of these posts is to be positive, or find the positive, even when you are doubting yourself. I know first hand. Yes, it’s harder to muster positive energy when you are down. And yes, I just want to crawl in a hole and be alone. But these are small exercises in not giving up…check today’s post-it! Encouraging others, can help you get out of that funk. 😉
