    Good advice generally in all areas but not so easy when self-doubt hits.

      True. But the point of these posts is to be positive, or find the positive, even when you are doubting yourself. I know first hand. Yes, it’s harder to muster positive energy when you are down. And yes, I just want to crawl in a hole and be alone. But these are small exercises in not giving up…check today’s post-it! Encouraging others, can help you get out of that funk. 😉

    Loving going through your positive affirmations every day ! Dot Quit is so important for all of us. Love this poem. I had it on a poster as a child and put it up on my room wall.

    “Don’t quit” is great advice because writing can be addictive. These days, I find that I simply can’t quit – or I get grumpy & depressed!
